Vinyl flooring self-adhesive experiences

we are currently planning the use of self-adhesive vinyl planks.

Has anyone already gained experience with this material?

Friends recently laid planks and also used self-adhesive ones. They were very satisfied because it is easier than applying glue separately. If you lay the planks in a room where the floor is heavily used, you should rather use the glue. It fixes the planks even better. :)
