Vigour toilet use little water when flushing

I have the above-mentioned wall-hung toilet with a flush tank in the wall. It is a short bowl. Why does so little water come out when flushing? Can you help me understand what the problem is? Everything is newly installed and the water comes from the pump behind, which works throughout the house.

Remove the push plate and take out what is inside the cistern (filling valve). Usually, the amount of water that the valve lets through during the flushing process can be adjusted there.
