Very good manufacturer for a Swedish house

Hello everyone,

I hope I have found the right section here (if not => "pardon" to the administrator).

We want to build a house soon and it should be a Swedish house.

(Why? 1. We really like them, 2. Great insulation values, 3. the prices are comparatively affordable, ...)

Unfortunately, there are very many manufacturers/providers/companies, so we do not get a proper overview.

Therefore, my question to you here (could also serve as a collective thread for others):

Who can recommend an absolutely reputable and top company that delivers and builds a Swedish house here in Bavaria/Upper Palatinate?

Our requirements in corresponding order and thus most important priority at the beginning:

1. Construction and material quality (for durability)
2. Reliability of the company/employees (technical competence, craftsmanship, availability)
3. Lots of experience (so already many Swedish houses built)

Please also share negative experiences.

We are currently planning a Swedish house with Moritzburger Wohnbau. We had almost bought one they had built before (a "used" one) and were very impressed with the workmanship (we also had an expert inspect it). Since then, we have looked at two other houses from them, and besides the fact that there are different quality levels in the execution (the Swedish house for ~300k€ didn’t come across as quite as high-quality as the one for 700k€...), I haven’t seen anything that makes me doubt my decision. Whether they also build in Bavaria would probably have to be asked, but we are also almost 200 km away from their company headquarters.

Hello! Even though it's a bit late: TOP houses are offered by the company Eksjöhus. The houses are completely prefabricated in a factory directly in Sweden and then sold to Germany through various importers. A company is located in Norderstedt, and we caught them... The houses are then assembled in Germany by subcontractors who do a lot for little money and should know what they're doing. This is not the case, especially with the aforementioned company.
