Ventilation elements Zuroh 100 / Zuroh 110

Hello everyone, our plumber would like to install supply air elements in the 3 bedrooms. The Zuroh 100 or, with a €20 surcharge, the Zuroh 110, which has an opening lever. Does anyone know these supply air elements? Is the surcharge for the opening lever worth it?

Don't you have controlled residential ventilation? Or another ventilation concept?

no controlled residential ventilation, our controlled residential ventilation is called [Fenster auf] :)
