Hello forum,
we had to subsequently pass a few cables through the vapor barrier foil.
How is the airtightness best restored? Unfortunately, we cannot work with a cuff glued from below, as the hole can only be accessed from above (attic).
The vapor barrier foil is attached from below on an OSB board.
Ceiling structure - from bottom to top (drywall/lathing/foil/OSB boards/insulation/boarding)
My idea now would be to generously seal the gaps between the cables with a special adhesive from a cartridge (manufacturer: S***)
Is this a suitable solution?
Regards
