Valuation report single-family house

My better half and I are possibly planning to take over the parental single-family house.
We would like to have a valuation report prepared by an independent expert, who could also possibly estimate the further costs incurred for a renovation. It is a single-family house from the 80s, where in any case the roof insulation and the installation of new windows are due.

Who is the best person to contact in such a case?

With us, it was done by an architect specialized in renovation. At least the cost estimation. For a rough estimate, look at what new buildings with the same equipment cost with you (!) and depreciate linearly over 80 years (if it is solid).
