VALLAVIK bed

Hi,

I'm picking up my Vallavik tomorrow and wanted to ask if anyone already has experience with the bed? I have tried the mattress, but the bed itself was not yet on display at our Ikea. The instructions scare me :D Has anyone ever assembled it? Can you manage it alone?
