Use Riester pension for financing?

Hello. My girlfriend, 24, and I, 29, want to build a house. We have about 12k together in our Riester contracts. Should we use these for the financing as well? What would be the advantages/disadvantages? Even without this amount, we have an equity share of 20 percent.

What do you expect from this? Wohnförderkonto is a term?

Ask your broker! Sorry for the harsh words, but customers are being taken for fools. In no industry like insurance / pensions are so many expensive products sold that the consumer does not understand. Or do you buy a TV without knowing how to operate it?
