Usage template... development plan?

Good evening
since I have already seen some development plans, I am currently wondering what the "Z" might mean!?


WA - general residential area OK
I - single-story construction OK
o - open construction OK
floor area ratio - 0.3 OK
plot ratio - 0.5 OK

but what does - Z - mean?

No, unfortunately I do not have the legend for the development plan at hand
and the T determination does not say anything either.

I can't give you an exact answer and surely there is someone else here with a better one, but normally Z indicates the number of full floors. It is also defined that way in some legends. Although in your case it is listed at the top on the other side.

The number of permissible full floors is usually that. However, this does not seem to be the case here. And here it is not meant as a designation for an entry but as the entry itself. Just ask the city / municipality?
