Hello, I am a complete beginner when it comes to building plans. So if my question sounds a bit silly, please be patient. I have this cross-section and want to know if the floors correspond to the general standard height of 2.4 m. For the upper/lower floor, it seems clear with 2.65 m. However, for the floor below, it seems a bit tricky. Should I calculate it as 2.60-0.16 = 2.44 m? But then the sea level markings of 237.74 and 235.14 do not make sense to me. Basically, it would be a great help if you could tell me how to read this. Thank you very much.

237.74 - 235.14 = 2.60m - 0.16m = 2.44m clear room height. However, it must be checked on site, as the construction often deviates from the plan.

Or also 2.60 - 0.16 = -2.44 The planned road is at 236.93 meters above sea level. At 237 top edge of the floor slab. Such a house is called split-level construction.
