Underfloor heating with low installation height - who has experience?

Dear forum participants! We are currently renovating our terraced house and would like to install underfloor heating in it. However, we have a very low installation height. The house has a basement. The underfloor heating is for the ground floor, first floor and attic. I would be grateful for recommendations of manufacturers.

My parents-in-law had a similar problem. It does not have to be THE ONE solution, but I think it is decent. They have a floor height from ArteTherm. According to the homepage, they also have special ones for low installation heights. My parents-in-law especially chose the inserts of the metal plates so that the heat can be nicely evenly distributed over these metal plates.
