Hello,

we are about to move in and the final installation was carried out by the heating company two days ago. The underfloor heating works in all rooms except for a small bathroom on the ground floor where the floor remains cold. I will of course contact the heating company first thing on Monday, but I would still be interested to know if anyone has any idea what the cause could be or has experienced something like this themselves. I thank you in advance for your contributions.
Best regards
Matthias

There are many explanations. Presumably, an actuator in the heating circuit distributor is not properly connected or defective. Or also its electrical control (thermostat). Have it checked by the installer, they have to guarantee and probably have not yet done the acceptance.

We had that too. Actuator didn’t move because of a defective solder joint. He found and repaired it in no time.

Stuck/defective actuator is the usual problem. Check at the heating circuit distributor whether the heating circuit for the WC has flow.

The previous posts are all correct! But let the plumber fix it definitively, it is his work and its warranty. No soldering or anything!!!
