Hello everyone,
we are currently in the approval planning phase for our city villa with an extension on the ground floor. I have now seen in the floor plan that there is no underfloor heating planned in the utility room. However, according to the contract, we have underfloor heating on the ground floor and first floor. Now I am wondering if I should insist on underfloor heating in the utility room? The architect says that there are so many pipes running there that the floor is warm anyway. We don’t want to pay for something we won’t get.
We want to achieve Kfw55. Maybe this information is important regarding the ratio of heated area to living area.
Thanks and regards, Redsonic
