Two floor plans as variants

Sorry, but this is too confusing for me to recognize two different floor plans there. I can't even make sense of the first overhead view above without my eyes starting to sting. Maybe you should take screenshots instead of photographing a screen? And with the question: was ist besser? you probably won't get far without information. A Ferrari is not better than an off-road vehicle, because you can't get far on a field with a Ferrari :)

You can neither simply distinguish any variants, nor can you read the data correctly.

And a few infos according to the thread wouldn’t be too much to ask. Such a chaos.
