Hello, unfortunately I cannot help you, but please do not write your phone numbers (or those of others) in forums or anywhere else on the internet. The web almost always stores that forever.
Please edit your post (if privacy is important to you, grin) and write that you prefer to receive help via email. That does not appear as spam from 0190/0900 spam numbers on mobile. (Never post mobile numbers publicly!)
