Hello

I plan to build a house in exactly three years and have been busy gathering information.

Now I have a question about the total costs for a turnkey house.
In the many catalogs I have at home, some providers also list prices (Ab...) for turnkey houses.
I am aware that the house then absolutely has no special features (balcony, bay window...) and is far from finished. And the equipment will certainly not always be the best either.
Who has experience with turnkey houses and can say how much the actual price differed from the price originally stated in the catalog.

Thank you

Hello,

that entirely depends on what kind of extras you want. For example, it also depends a lot on the developer. We just had a few offers sent to us. With one, the chimney costs 2900€, with the other 3500€—you can't really say like that. Exterior roller shutters are around 300€ per window. But you really have to sit down with the different developers. But don't you also think it's a bit too early to deal with this in such detail if you only want to build in 3 years? The prices will definitely be quite different by then.
Best regards

You should also, for example, go to a model house estate and get advice there on what a house could cost or where there are additional charges. Also, compare construction and service descriptions.

There is this rule of thumb of 1650€/m² for living space and 1300€/m² for basements. But I’m not quite sure if these numbers are correct; I think I read them somewhere once.

Please don’t stone me now

This rule of thumb applies mainly to solid constructions, for example.. furthermore, there are different rules depending on the desired equipment..
