Since I somehow can no longer reply in [Mitglieder stellen sich vor], here is the continuation...

Quote:
Attached are the floor plan proposals from the builder.
The house has a full basement and we have direct access to our house from the underground garage.
However, we are in talks with the project manager about making 2 rooms out of the attic, but there is a problem with the slanted wall and a door. The staircase cannot be turned as initially thought because otherwise we would run into a beam.
Now we are considering using sliding doors as room doors upstairs. We are still waiting for feedback from the project manager. Our wish is for both children's rooms to be upstairs.
We would also like to leave out the storage room on the first floor because we have a basement and I think it will only end up being cluttered and the room will get fuller and fuller.
If anyone has ideas or suggestions for improvement, please share.

Best regards,
Jenny

Oh, that's a shame. I spontaneously thought that you could nicely separate the living room in front of the stairs and create a cloakroom there instead of the storage room.

But tell me: if the house is fully basemented, do you have access from there? So also to the cloakroom?

We have access in the basement and on the ground floor. And on the ground floor, the [AR] should be used as a wardrobe. We have implemented it the same way in our current rental apartment. We will also arrange or plan the kitchen differently. I promise to present everything sometime on the weekend. I'm not very experienced with that yet.

It would still be good if you would fill out parts of the questionnaire.
