maybe someone can contribute to solving the problem:

Since today, one sash of the terrace door can no longer be opened, the sash with the handle. The handle position is upwards, so basically tilted, but the sash is tight, so no tilt position is possible. Turning the handle to the left into the horizontal position to open it also no longer works. At the top left corner, the sash rests on the frame and can be pushed away slightly, so that it has not fully closed...

I'm a bit puzzled right now. The neighbor already took a look but didn’t want to use force either.

Sounds like it was opened in tilt position. Sometimes closing, pressing in the corner, and playing with the handle helps. Then close completely. Fingers crossed. It was still warm. The door might also be slightly warped.
