Hello everyone, I have a conservatory that was completely dismantled and replaced with a new one two weeks ago. It consists of plastic profiles with triple glazing and on top there is a sloping roof that is connected to the upper ceiling. The slanted profile (also glazed) is made of metal, as the window manufacturer stated that this would not be permissible in plastic. Now I notice that the metal frame is extremely cold (from the inside) and condensation gathers there. It also feels like cold air is coming in at the joints. My question to you: is it normal for condensation to form on the frame even when the outside temperatures are not yet very cold? Or was the installation done poorly?
