The toilet no longer flushes (small business)

Hello, I have a UP box from Geberit. For the big flush, water is flushed when pressing the button. When pressing the button for the small flush and less water, nothing comes out. What could be the cause and can I fix it myself?

A cistern and actuator plate are not exactly high technology. Just take the plate off and see what appears behind it. It's basically simple mechanics made of cheap plastic stuff. It can sometimes slip or break.

That's exactly right, it's no witchcraft. Carefully remove the control plate, usually pushing it slightly upwards at the same time. Then you see two rods that, when pressing the button, pull two levers upwards and release the bell inside the box. Water comes. Something on the side of the small button must basically look different than on the side of the large button. That's where your mistake is. I guess a rod is broken, pushed back, or detached from the bell lever. Here's to a good deal...

See it like the previous speaker. Just open it up, the problem usually reveals itself then. Otherwise, a photo here?
