Hello,
about 2 months ago we bought a house which, according to the broker's exposé, was built in 1960 and then the extension was built in 1980.
Now we have received the residential building insurance documents from the previous insurance company, and we were very shocked.
The previous owner had taken out this insurance in November 2011 and stated the actual year of construction, 1910. So the previous owner also knew the actual year of construction in 2016 (at the time of the house purchase).
We feel kind of "fooled". Is there any way to take action against what the broker pulled off?
Thank you very much in advance.
Best regards, Patrick
