I have a notary appointment and do not know whether I should sign the property purchase. The seller is said to be insolvent. If I buy now and the notary sends everything to the land registry office and I then pay the property tax and the purchase price, it will take another 6 weeks before I am registered in the land register. SO: What if the creditors/ the insolvency administrator intervene in the meantime??? Will the contract be null and void and my money be gone??? Does anyone have experience with this or know if one could inquire about this with the lawyer or notary??
Thank you very much in advance for answers.

Hello,

first of all, you should consult with the notary, and definitely with your financer/the bank you trust (trade information); both will open up perspectives for you.

Note: no forum is a substitute for legal advice.
