Hello, We have purchased an apartment in a new building. The apartment has just been completed. There was already an inspection during which various small defects were identified and documented. 1.5 weeks later, we were in the apartment again and noticed a sinking of the parquet floor in the living kitchen area, diameter approx. 30 cm (see photo). We have already informed the construction manager, he took a look and said that the sinking is still within the tolerance range (< 1 mm depth). We think it is more, but have not measured it yet. In our opinion, this defect should definitely be remedied, as the sinking is clearly visible and can also be felt when walking over it. Does anyone perhaps have experience with this kind of defects? Do we have a realistic chance of having this defect remedied? Should we engage an external expert? Thank you in advance.
