Hello everyone,
I'm a bit frustrated. I bought a house, already live in it, and am not allowed to pay for it. What sounds great at first is now turning bad. Because provision interest will soon be due in a significant amount.
The problem is that there is still land on the property, and the registered external banks are delaying the issuance of the release documents by repeatedly making mistakes. Now the institutions are passing the buck to each other. My notary is very diligent in trying to get these documents in the correct form. The whole carousel is now starting over for the second time. I find this unacceptable and wonder if I can charge the damage to the institutions involved. Does anyone know about this and can maybe help?
Best regards
Sebi
