We are currently waiting for approval from the municipality for a small freehold plot in a new development area and are now starting with the financing planning for a small KFW70 single-family house. I need your help: Where can I find a current + simple mortgage calculator online that includes KFW funding? Which one would you recommend, or where should I best inquire?

KfW has already raised the interest rates for program 153 for the second time within a few weeks.

I meant of course program 124. The 153 is still at 1.40%

I think there is a calculator at Finanztest where you can also include Kfw.
