Terraced house by Traumhaus AG

We have been looking for a house to buy for a long time. Now we have a terraced house in Alsdorf. The construction company is Traumhaus ag. We have now learned that this concerns partial ownership according to WEG. The contents of the partition agreement will only be sent to us with the purchase contract when we pay the 3000€ for reservation.

Has anyone of you had experience with Traumhaus ag?

Simple houses (in terms of equipment) on tiny plots. Usually owner-occupied and centrally heated. For that, "dirt cheap". There are special Traumhaus forums on the internet. Otherwise hardly any problems with the houses, as they are a mass-produced product.
