Terrace outside the buildable plot area - allowed?

We have received the following plan drawing from our main contractor (project construction) (excerpt from the overall drawing): As you can see, at the south end of the house there is only about one meter from the house to the end of the buildable plot area – as clearly shown by the blue line through the light red area. Does that mean I am not allowed to build a terrace in this area?

Unfortunately, a few details are missing for the final answer to this question.

1. What does the development plan say about the specified building boundary? Were any special regulations for terraces possibly made here?

2. Was the provided sketch part of the building application and was an exceeding of the building boundaries applied for and approved here?

Basically, terraces starting directly at the house become part of the building and therefore may not exceed building boundaries. However, minor exceedances can be approved (which is why point 2 mentioned above is again decisive).

Thank you!
Regarding 1. No, there is nothing about terraces (except that they may only be constructed with a water- and air-permeable structure). It also says, "The floor area of these structures is only to be counted half towards the permissible floor areas as well as the permissible exceedances for ancillary structures." However, we have no problem with the square meter number of the buildable area, only (possibly) with the building boundary. Otherwise, there is only some information about the location and distance of carports and garages (namely only at height).
Regarding 2. I have to ask the general contractor.

Why do you arrange the parking spaces so that the remaining width is only enough for such a narrow semi-detached house, and then even build it with a pyramid roof??? For me, this rather looks like a [BT project] (Brunnerstraße), by the way.

Sorry, BT is correct. And yes, that is exactly the project. In reality, most people, like me, will probably only build one parking space. Where would you put the parking spaces? They have to be in line with the houses. What do you have against a hipped roof? You’re not allowed to convert the roof anyway. And this way I possibly have a south-facing roof for a potential photovoltaic system (if the trees don’t get too tall). I think the distance to the neighbor is already good.

If it is a BT and this project, there will probably be little to change about the basic frame. I do not fundamentally find the parking spaces wrongly located, I would just (under other circumstances) prefer to allocate more plot width for the house. A tent roof would not exactly be my preferred choice for a semi-detached house when considered on its own – however, here it certainly contributes positively to the effect of the ensemble. I welcome semi-detached houses that visually blend into a neighboring area of detached houses. For particularly professional developers, this even applies to a mix of detached houses, DH, terraced houses, and apartment buildings.
