Hello everyone,
we will dismantle our tent roof and add a penthouse floor to the existing house. Since the house is only about 6 years old, I am interested to know if it makes sense to specifically remove the roof tiles (Ergoldsbacher, LINEA / approx. 160 m²) and sell them further? Does something like this make sense? Or is the effort simply so high that it is not worth it? Or are there even technical reasons against it?
Maybe someone is an expert or knows about the topic for other reasons.
