Hello everyone,

We would like to buy a 20sqm kitchen from Team 7, preferably with an island and Miele appliances.

Our budget is 50,000 euros, does anyone have something similar and can tell me if that is feasible price-wise or if we are totally misjudging? Which type of wood would you recommend and for what reasons? Apart from taste, of course... regarding the hardness of the wood or possible color changes. What experiences do you generally have with Team 7 or are there equivalent alternatives? Thank you all in advance.

So with the budget and desire for a wooden kitchen, a carpenter could also be an alternative! Regarding Team 7, I can only add that my parents have a Team 7 kitchen. If I remember correctly, it's made of beech and the kitchen still looks almost like new after 10 years. I think you definitely can't go wrong with Team 7 and your budget should be sufficient for quite a substantial kitchen, including fine appliances.

The intersection of online planners/discussers and Team-7 buyers is correspondingly quite low there.

I can imagine that. Here, there are mostly users whose budgets are very tight, so they either choose an affordable brand product or Ikea. Nolte and co also make people happy. And wood in its natural structure is not everyone’s taste. And whether it has to be Miele... there was also a thread about that once. Miele may have had its justification in the past. Whether you want to have a very expensive electronic appliance installed today, knowing that you will never fully utilize it, is questionable, when devices for half the price do the same. I would probably rather look at brands like Gaggenau if I could afford it.

My parents-in-law have a 25-year-old Team 7 kitchen that still impresses us. We definitely want a wooden kitchen, especially the 3-layer system at Team 7 I find very good, because wood does move and can warp... I don't necessarily have to have Miele; I'll get some advice first...

With that budget, I would also inquire with the carpenter. He can also offer quality, but you can plan much more individually because a base cabinet does not have to be taken according to a grid, but can sometimes be only 87.5 cm wide.

Team 7 is certainly very good, but here you simply have to observe the grid.

We originally wanted Gaggenau appliances, but then decided on Miele. The reason was the corresponding reviews online – Gaggenau did not come off particularly well. Visually, I still find Gaggenau by far better *admit*
