Surveying costs Brandenburg

we have received an initial offer for the surveying (plot 670m2, house net floor area approx. 160m2):

[*]Project entry €348
[*]Rough staking out €348
[*]Fine staking out including height point €464
[*]Building survey for the land register €870
[*]Building survey for the building regulation office €87
[*]Follow-up costs land registry office €202.50

In total just over €3700

Even though the building survey and the creation of the official site plan must be priced according to legal requirements, I would still like to ask about your costs in Brandenburg. From what I have read so far, the total price seems a bit high to me.

I can't say anything about Brandenburg, but in NRW you would be within the completely normal range.

In Bavaria as well... although I can only say something about point 5. I didn't need the rest.

Thank you! That's already a first indication. Maybe someone who is currently building in Brandenburg will still be found.

Unfortunately, I can only provide numbers for Saxony/Leipzig district. I obviously did not "compile" the activities/tasks myself; these are the specifications from the prefabricated house manufacturer that I have transmitted 1:1 to the surveyor.

I have not received the invoice yet. But I also think it will be around 4k.
