Hello, I have not yet found a suitable ceiling light for my bathroom. The problem is that this is a prefabricated house and there is insulation material in the ceiling. I would prefer to use small individual flat halogen recessed spotlights, but these get hot; maybe there are some that are housed in a casing. Does anyone know about this, or how have you solved the problem? Regards

Well, how shall I put it...? Something like that is best planned in advance. For your issue, however, there are heat protection spacers for hollow ceilings. It will probably be quite a challenge to install the corresponding transformer maintenance- and fire-safe "from below" through the insulation layer. To minimize heat generation, you can now also use LEDs quite well; pay attention to the lumen values and the beam angle of the spotlights.

I could not plan in advance because this is a renovation. But I have now realized that I can access it from above (OG). Now I have read that there are Fermacell boxes for thermal insulation, but I do not know where I can obtain such things.

It's best if you look around furniture stores or on the internet in various shops (on Amazon, etc., etc.) Tastes are also (fortunately) different, so no precise suggestions can be made to you.
