Good day,
I am interested in a plot of land in a medium-sized town, which is currently only used as a parking lot. As far as I know, it belongs to a private individual.
My question is how to present the purchase inquiry to the owner as professionally as possible.
- Should I do this personally or rather through a lawyer, tax advisor, notary, broker, bank ...?
- An initial inquiry whether there is any interest in selling at all or immediately a concrete offer?
- An initial telephone inquiry (if the number can be found) or only in writing?
I am of course happy to receive other suggestions as well.
Best regards,
Pommesgabel
PS: If I have ended up in the wrong subforum, please move it.
