Statics, energy consulting, costs?

Hello dear community,

we are building a multi-family house with 7 residential units. Total living area approx. 550m² with basement.
We have a few questions regarding the costs:

- The energy consultant wants €10,000 for energy demand calculation and energy-related construction supervision (of course, you get 50% back from the KfW)
- The structural engineer wants €11,000 for structural planning

What do you think of these prices? Are these prices realistic? We live in Bavaria

On the one hand, I am beginning to understand the background of your eaves height question, on the other hand, I would like to suggest telling more about it. Especially with a multi-family house, you are investing quite a bit of money, so comprehensive "a thousand eyes see more than two" can't hurt :)
