Hello everyone

I am at my wit's end because even after consulting with the manufacturer, I do not know why the white opal (plastic) cover of the mirror cabinet light causes quite loud noises, a kind of "rattling," for about 10 minutes. The mirror cabinets are new, we even replaced the covers. Nevertheless, the strongly disturbing noise remains. Does anyone have experience with this or know who I can contact?
Alternatively: new mirror cabinets from another manufacturer will cost about 1500 CHF again. :-(

Best regards

Hello davidoff,

try a new starter for the fluorescent tube (if the mirror cabinet has a tube installed). The "crackling" might be caused by static electricity; there could be something wrong with the wiring of the installed light.

If you are not on site and cannot hear the noises yourself or see the switch-on process, it is hardly possible to guess anything. Perhaps an electrician should check the wiring.
