This is how the basic material arrives (by the way, this is the amount that is left:)

Then K102 is added as a binder in the mixer
The result after a few hours:


The ceilings under the sound insulation fill are made of 16cm solid wood (BSH).
Now 10 days have passed and the binder has set, making the layer solid and walkable. Yesterday and today, the stapling boards were laid on top (by the way, once again as own work). This way, the whole thing already looks almost finished ;-) - doesn’t it?
