Solid core doors - Minimum wall thickness for heavy 2.10

Hello everyone,

I would like to have flush doors measuring 2.10m x 1m (such a door would weigh around 50-60 kg) installed in a 12.5 cm solid perforated brick wall (Poroton, presumably Wienerberger). Is this structurally feasible?
