Hello, we need a soil report with foundation recommendations for our hillside plot of about 600m2 for the construction of a single-family house. Is a hillside plot (highest point 8m with 22m width) more expensive to investigate, and can someone recommend a geologist to us? What costs should we roughly expect?

Doesn't anyone have a recommendation from the region?

Didn't the home builder recommend a construction ground surveyor? Otherwise, you have to look for companies (geologists, engineering firms, etc.) that offer this service near you for cheaper travel costs. What good is a recommendation if it requires a 100 km trip and therefore makes the survey twice as expensive as necessary?

With such a steep slope (8m over 22m = 36%!), it might be necessary to do more than just 2 boreholes to reliably assess: "how much of the house can be dug into the slope?" Water, etc.
