I would be interested in the blog. Unfortunately, I can't find anything suitable when I search your forum name and "Hausblog" or similar combinations.... is there any other tip on how to find it?

My forum name doesn't really matter there, as it has nothing or hardly anything to do with this forum. By now, it is also no longer up to date, since our house has been standing for 7 years.
Try searching for Nurda Domherren, you will find it there with the big search engine ;)

Thank you! It's always nice when you can assign such a prolific writer an entire project... even though the small glimpses into the house and garden are also always exciting.

So if it’s really about clean project management, I would stay away from Excel & Co. Yes, I know that this is the go-to tool for many "project managers," but there are also a lot of disadvantages compared to a proper solution. That’s why I would definitely go for an (online) PM tool like Monday, Asana, Trello, Meistertask, ... If you then get the participants to use it as well, that’s heaven on earth. However, I do see that probably only very few site managers have the capacity for such a tool.

In house construction, the "project team" consists of the client and the client’s spouse.
You don’t want to let anyone else in. Otherwise, craftsmen would manipulate or delete data, especially simply deleting appointments. I had quite a few liars on my construction site :(
You don’t want to waste the limited time on rights management and other nonsense.

As I said, just use the tools you already have and know how to use. Yes, pen and paper are enough if you don’t like digital.
