Smoke detector mandatory

In Bavaria, there has been a smoke detector requirement for over 2 years, and it is also checked by, for example, the chimney sweep whether smoke detectors are present.

I searched for a long time and sought advice both from the fire department and my electrician, and each recommended this smoke detector to me:
