Small Ikea Lack shelf doesn't hold mounting tips

The screws are not screwed in far enough.

Unfortunately, I have the same problem the shelf keeps sagging at the front, even though there are only a few plush toys and a light box on it. I could also use some advice. Changing the screws doesn't help.

Can you upload pictures? Shelf on the wall from the side, wall with screws after removal, back of the LACK.

Here is the shelf from the side. I will take it down tomorrow and take more pictures

I have also noticed a similar problem with the shelves. When you hang them on top of each other and measure the distance, for example, to the ceiling, you get different distances from the front edge and the edge to the wall. Since it still holds for me, I haven't thought about a solution yet...

Hello, two quick questions in advance: is the wall flat and vertical (at the point where the beam rests on the wall) and are the "fingers" of the beam really horizontal? What kind of screws did you use? For me, quite large (and long) screws with flat head or "pan head" have held up perfectly for many years (until disassembly). Regards, IKEA-Friend
