Hello, I would like to build a small house for myself. Preferably a bungalow. Does anyone have experience with this or any tips for providers? I also liked the Flying Spaces from Schwörerhaus. Thanks!

that is nothing other than a small timber frame construction, any carpenter or house builder can do that. You have to think a bit about the technology, but that's it...

Many things are nice. However, the Flying Spaces do not have the right price-performance ratio. Possibly a mobile home of higher standard, which is only half as expensive, would also suffice. However, the living space is quite small and usually not enough. Every general contractor or construction company with model houses offers bungalows in compact sizes. First, always check what the development plan of the plot stipulates.

I am unfortunately very unskilled technically / in craftsmanship. That is why I am looking for "complete offers".

No one advised you to build it yourself, but generally said that a small-sized house, possibly with timber frame construction, can be offered to you by almost anyone.

Then I would have to plan many things myself, like the technology. That is why I want complete offers.
