Why should we here, who help in our free time (!!!), philosophize about a hypothetical floor plan that you can't build anyway because you lack the money?

It is clearly exaggerated, but if budget and wishes are far apart – which often happens here in the forum – I prefer to use my free time for more meaningful things.

In this respect, you should not simply dismiss the objection, also in our interest. If the budget doesn't matter or you can pay 200k more, then just say so and the topic is settled. Or if the budget is fixed, then come with EL or something similar as an explanation. But simply excluding and ignoring the issue would be just "stupid" and unfair.

One initial idea was to place it next to the backup kitchen (that is, to the west). But that has not been our focus so far, even though I am aware that it is also important.

That already sounds quite good. What could improve the impression of the entrances?

Exactly, it also says in my original post that the backup kitchen seems too big to me.

Similar feedback as from , which I had already commented on.

This has given us the most headaches so far. We’ll see, but maybe someone here has a completely different idea. And yes, backup must become smaller.

Yes, that is really complicated. But there is not much more possible.

I also think the budget is not enough, but I don't see 1.35 million here. I can't judge the clinker, but that's expensive too. In terms of the room concept, it's more of a city villa with 10*10m + granny flat.

Sorry, it should have said that one should calculate with at least 750k.

So, since this is more about the budget than the floor plans, I will give some feedback. I hadn’t seen that had included outdoor facilities and such in his minimum 750k. The questionnaire I filled out refers to the price limit for the house including fittings. My 600k referred to the house (including attic conversion and garage). The roof terrace is now out. For the rest, I am planning 100-150k. If it becomes significantly more (for example another 100k), something will have to be saved on.

The ground floor of the builders can easily be reduced to 10*7m. That is also possible with REH. Then the budget fits. It also helps if you shift the upper floor to the ground floor of the builders.
