Hello everyone. When contemplating the development of a plot in the Munich area, the following question arises for me:

How will the price difference likely behave between a corner development with approximately 110m² floor area compared to a (classic) rectangular development of about 130m² + 20m² garage within the main building?

I hope I was able to express myself somewhat clearly.....

Best regards

Additionally: The height of the house etc. remains the same. My primary concern is to clarify whether, with these floor areas, an L-shape is more expensive to construct (and if so, significantly or not) than a simple basic form (e.g. corners of the building, roof overlap, etc.).

With 110 sqm of floor space (how much living space remains then?), I would rather think about a reasonable (= well usable) room layout. Others should comment on the costs instead ;)

well 110m² minus 10-15% walls times 2 floors + basement. In addition, the garage on the 1st floor is overbuilt, which would be another approximately 15m², which should be sufficient.

I am currently more interested in whether the costs behave roughly the same due to the corner shape with the larger, straight cubature or whether the increased volume ultimately generates significantly higher costs.
