Single-family house floor plan 420m2. Which stairs?

We have bought a 420 m² plot and plan to build next year.
A brief overview of the construction project:
The ground floor should include, besides the kitchen / living-dining area, a shower bathroom and an office. On the upper floor, there should be 3 rooms and a bathroom. We will build without a basement.
The house will have 1.5 stories and the ground floor + upper floor should together measure about 150 sqm.
Which staircase should we choose: a quarter-turn staircase or a half-turn staircase?
Are there any other suggestions?

That depends on the floor plan as well as the roof pitch, knee wall, etc.

With the 2-fold spiral staircase, the hallway does seem larger, but it is less comfortable. I wouldn't place it there as it is, but rather make the hallway area usable, for example as a cloakroom.

Floor plan discussions only work with the information from the pinned post. But briefly: I think little of it. Kitchen hard to reach, boxed in and inconspicuous. Only accessible through the chill-out area: everyone disturbs everyone. For us, the kitchen is the center and first point of contact. No idea how you guys tick. I would place the stairs in a U-shape about 1 to 1.5 meters further up the plan, so that a room is created at the bottom of the plan. Room 4 is completely unattractive. Wasted space in the front.

I would rather make the U-shaped staircase 1-1.5 meters different towards the top of the plan, so that a room is created at the bottom of the plan.

This staircase as shown in the cross-section only works with a knee wall.
