Simple strip foundation - calculating material quantities?

With this load and function, it really depends on the right mix. For load-bearing foundations that need to withstand repeated stress, you should plan for at least 350 - 400 kilograms of cement per cubic meter, preferably more. Where does your building materials supplier’s figure come from? Has he considered the specific stress of the lift platform, or is he only referring to non-load-bearing applications? Have you already decided whether you will reinforce or pour unreinforced concrete?

The building material dealer had no use for it at all, so it was "gut feeling."
So 2500kg per cubic meter of concrete
Remain 500kg cement
250L water and
1750kg concrete gravel.
