Shut-off valves for bathroom cold and hot water

Hello everyone,

I am new here and have a question about the shut-off valves in our bathroom.
We renovated our apartment with help over the last three quarters of a year, during which the bathroom was completely refurbished. Unfortunately, our plumber didn't finish one last task, and despite his assurances, he hasn't found his way back to us...
What is still missing are the taps for the shut-off valves for cold and hot water.



I can't get these taps at the hardware store.
The valves have the following dimensions (I don't know the exact names of the parts):
Diameter of the rotating nipple 5mm, 17mm screw, 21mm thread at the back.

Which taps do I need to get, or where can I get them?
The valves are installed at different depths, do I need different taps for that?

It would be great if someone had a tip..

First of all, a warm welcome.

I'm not very familiar with the terms either, but take a look at tops for flush-mounted valves.

Have you already paid the invoice? If not, that would be best, then simply don't pay with the reason that the work is not yet fully completed.

Otherwise, I would just confront the craftsman at his place and ask or maybe rather demand that he hands over the corresponding parts so that you can install them yourself.

I would go to a specialist sanitary store - [Baumarkt] is not the right contact for this.

Obviously, posting here did help a bit... the plumber at least was moved to come by again and install the things ;-)
Now it fits...
