Shower toilet AquaClean, Geberit or Sensia, Grohe - experiences

do you have experience with shower toilets, such as the AquaClean from Geberit or the Sensia from Grohe? Does one have advantages over the other and if so, which ones?

I would also be interested in that, my husband has concerns about the durability of the electronics and especially regarding the hygiene/cleaning of the cleaning nozzle...? I look forward to experiences from daily users of this toilet...!

Women and children no longer want any other throne in the house. In addition to the normal water connection, electricity is also needed for hot water, a hairdryer, and suction.
These devices are occasionally installed in some nursing homes as well.

Geberit builds good technology for the bathroom, such as the concealed cisterns, but the ceramic of the AquaClean 8000 Plus is not quite as easy to maintain as, for example, the Ceramicplus from Villeroy & Boch.
It is best not to sit on the lid (e.g., when brushing teeth). It seems to be a relatively brittle duroplast. Otherwise, keep about €150 ready for a new lid.
I cannot say anything about the electronics yet.

Otherwise, depending on the number of flushes, refill nozzle cleaner approximately every 6 months and possibly replace the activated carbon filter occasionally.

How does the nozzle clean itself after use? Do you have to use the cleaner after every use?

No. Before and after use, the shower arm extends about 0.5 cm and the spray nozzle turns on. Due to the narrow cross-section and higher flow velocity, as well as the addition of nozzle cleaner, it cleans itself automatically.
