 Hello first of all,

Briefly about the circumstances:

We want to build a prefabricated house with the company Haas. (slab without basement)

Our plot is about 1 m lower than the street.
Since our garden is also lower, however, we do not want to fill up.

Now I have requested a sewer plan from the authorities to see if we have to fill up.

Unfortunately, I don't understand the plan.

For example, it says D 93.33; S 90.77; DN 1200 B; 1:913 40.19m

It would be great if someone could help.

Regards Peter

Hello Peter,

the architect who is submitting your building application will certainly be able to help you with that, you might possibly need a lifting system. He can also advise you on how to divert the surface water away from the house and how long the driveway needs to be so that you can get a car into the garage.
