Sewage Ventilation

Good morning everyone,

we are currently in the process of building our little house. By now, the shell construction work is largely completed and the roof is mostly covered.

This week, I was at the construction site with an acquaintance and he asked me if it is correct that there is no ventilation for the wastewater pipes planned in the ceiling.
Since I am quite a layman when it comes to such topics, I am now asking you:
Should I be worried that nothing has been planned in the ceiling so far? Are there "more modern" solutions that no longer run through the ceiling, or should I have a serious talk with my house planner?
