While digging in the garden, I hit a sewage pipe (rainwater). How can I permanently patch it well without replacing the pipe?

I would like to avoid completely exposing the pipe in order to replace the affected section. Is there a good way to make the whole thing durable (fiberglass mat + epoxy resin, self-fusing repair tape...)?
see picture attached.

Thanks everyone!

There should actually be corresponding couplings (slip coupling and long coupling or here possibly just a suitable piece of pipe, since a coupling will be used) with which you can replace the damaged part without fully exposing the pipe. Everything else is probably more of a patchwork and whether it then remains leak-proof is uncertain.

So, in the end, you cut out the damaged pipe section and make yourself a new piece that is a bit shorter and can be inserted that way. For the resulting gap, there is the slip coupling, which you can slide over the pipe piece coming from above in the picture before inserting the pipe section. You can then use this at the end to connect the pipe pieces and close the gap.

I would replace the entire piece. Where is the effort in that? I would avoid patchwork underground. Otherwise, you will eventually regret it...

Morning,
the pipe is already exposed, so where is the problem? Take it out and replace it with a slightly shorter one and a slip coupling.
You might even get two normal pipe pieces into the gap with some effort. Length each half as long as the damaged one, with the ends inserted into the old pipe and then the middles standing almost like a triangle in the center. If the old pipe piece was very long, it might work to then bring the two new pieces together in the middle and push them down.

Best regards,

Andreas
